Reason for the return

 

We will review your request and respond with instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

4. Processing Time

 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or as per the third party carrier terms. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
